All deposits made into your Cart N Win account are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from your bank account.
If a contest is cancelled due to any reason (e.g., match abandonment), the entry fee will be refunded to your Cart N Win wallet within 24-48 hours.
Winnings can be withdrawn once the user completes their KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
